May 21, 2019: Getting into the Weeds on FMLA Part 2- Qualifying Reasons, Employee Notification and Employer Response,and Certifications - Episode 5 of myHRcounsel’s Third Tuesday webinar is the second in the now four-part series doing a deep dive into the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Part 2 will focus on the various reasons for which an employee may take FMLA leave. We will also be discussing the requirements imposed on an employee for providing notice of the need for leave and the attendant employer requirements for providing a response.
